No Response to prior complaint

I received a reply to my initial complaint, but have not received any follow up. I have sent two emails to try and get an answer, and still nothing...<br> <br> Sony Mobile seem to be window dressing the hellopeter complaints, but not following them up until they are resolved.<br> <br> Overall I would not recommend Sony at all, firstly for poor product and then for their poor aftersales support.
