No response for almost a month
Good day
I inquired on the Sony Mobile website whether or not the Xperia XA1 Plus will be coming to South Africa, i have not received any response as yet. If you cannot respond to such a simple question what does this say about your service with more complicated issues.
Unhappy with receiving no response from Sony Mobile as I have been a loyal customer and even a fan of your company.

13 Oct 2017, 09:07Still nothing from Sony Mobile, If service is this bad you guys might as well leave South Africa and close down, i guess the employees at Sony Mobile SA don't realize that providing such pathetic service can cost them their jobs if Sony has to take its business out of the country. Oh well, hire lazy staff without customer service embedded in them and you will fail. Thanks for nothing. Disappointed ex Sony fan
