No customer service

<p>Since I purchased my new Sony Xperia XA ultra from Vodacom I've not been able to buy either a screen guard or pouch. Vodacom only after I purchased the product inform be that they aren't able to source any screen guards for this model and told me to try the manufacturer, Sony. After many phone calls and emails I still have had no luck. They evertime just say buy it from OUR Sony Xperia online store. Just one small problem THEY don't sell it themselves. Another famous reply was try other online cell phone stores. But still same problem no one carries this. They also promised to come back to me but never does. The problem is so old now that the phone is sold any more and now the excuse is that they don't sell it any more. </p>
