Misleading & False advertising

I have a Sony Xperia Z3 phone. Its advertised on television and on Sony's website that the phone is waterproof and that you can take photos under water. When you read the phone specifications on Sony's website, its stated that the phone can go under water up to 1.5m for 30minutes.

I had mine under 40cm's of water for 20 seconds and the phone went off. Black screen. Phone was sent to Sony by Vodacom and came back uneconomical to repair due to liquid damage. The phone does have a liquid indicator which did not come on.... The phone is 6months old.

Just like that, no explanation, no sorry, no nothing. Its just to bad and its my loss!! If Sony did not advertise this i would not have put the phone in water, i was mislead and false information is given to the public. I expect Sony to replace or repair the phone at no cost
