LOST PHONE

Registered my phone on My xperia and thought should the unfortunate happen I would be able to trace me phone and get the ******* behind bars.My phone got ****** on 09 October 2015.Have logged on their website hopin that I will get my phone back but nothing.Sent emails to their customer service but to no avail.<br> <br> Sony why waste everybody's time promising to recover a ****** phone if you cant?Apparently you are unable to trace the phone if the original sim card is not in the phone.Which thieve in his right mind will leave the phone ON with the ****** sim card In it?This is a useless feature in the phone if it only works with one sim card?When a phone is ****** the aim is to sell it without the original sim card.
