Lack of interest to assist

I wanted to upgrade my iPad Air to the Sony Xperia Z4 tablet. It is really shocking to see how little people know of the business and services their company provide. I contacted the Sony customer services and asked where I can get the tablet on contract as an upgrade- I was given a \generic"list of dealers although it clearly stated that MTN was not one of them. Luckily I'm on Vodacom and I contacted the number they provided. It was Vodaworld. At first the operator was helpful and said it did not show up her system but she will put me through to someone that will be able to help. The next person was at a Vodashop in Vodaworld"
