Is there a shortage off stock on PS 4's at Sony..?

Still dont have my PS 4 from Vodacom as they tell me they "are waiting for stock from Sony"..? From the second week in March. Is there a shortage off stock on PS 4's at Sony..? If not how does a company off Sony's size and buisiness ethics do business with a company that can not deliver to its customers...it must be humiliating and frustrating..?
