Involving the umbatsman!!! unacceptable

I have a Sony Xperia Aqua which I have proof states waterproof... first of all I cannot locate any Sony store in cape town that's how pathetic their service are. Secondly I phone the head office to find out what is going on and the lady had such attitude.... Poor ethics and services . A little child messed a bucket of water over my phone and my partners phone . His phone which is not waterproof works versus mine which is supose to be the functions don't work...... now they tell me its only water resistant. Your specs clearly state waterproof and camera is waterproof. I refuse to carry any costs ..... someone better come back to me with some truthful information or I will invoke the unbatsman
