Impossible to contact

This is the first time that i purchased a sony mobile and if I am not contacted soon by a sony consultant it will definetly be my last to ever puchase any sony product. I have been trying to contact a store and with my luck evey number that i am contacting either is engaged or goes through to a private individual. I am having a systemts error on my phone and i need it sorted asap. how can i fix it if it is impossible to contact someobody for help?? i live in johannesburg i went as far as contacting somebody in cape town in an attempt to get help from sony, still no luck.....<br> if i am not contacted soon, be sure that i will gladly leave sony and go back to samsung.
