I WILL NEVER AGAIN GET ANY SONY DEVICE!!

My phone has been in for 2 months now, i lodged a complaint last month and Melissa Warren rep****, i then rep**** to her and almost 3 weeks later still no response? I called the support center and they couldn't help me and told me they escalated it!!! Its been 4 weeks and no response.... Do you ever get back to any of your clients???? <br> <br> If you are the this complaint because your doing research about your next handset, let me tell you: NEVER GET A SONY DEVICE!!!! their after sales support is non existent with allot of people promising stuff that never happens!!! I i were you rather go for SAMSUNG as i had an issue with my phone, i posted it on their Facebook. 3 hours later the courier was there to pick it and had a brand new phone restored to my previous state the next day!!! Maybe SONY should try and learn something from SAMSUNG and the meaning of after sales service!!!
