Hardware/Software problems????

During Feb 2015 I received my Xperia E1 from Autopage,From day one I had issues that my phone will freeze after a hour or two.The handset will become unresponsive.Not even the power button work.The only option is a \battery pull"<br> On the reviews before and after I received my phone customers where complaining about memory issues due to the phones 512mb ram.But these issues was addressed by Sony with a 4.4 KitKat update.I tried daily via OTA and the Sony PC companion without success.I contacted Sony customer service and spoke to Saidah Atia. I received a standard email stating that my phones software is up to date but not the Android version. After many emails she advised me to take the phone in for repairs. <br> After SIX weeks without my phone I received it back with NO Android update.Worst"
