Great Service and helpful.

Good Day, I would just like to say thank you very much to Tasneem from the Sony Repair Centre, I called her about my phone screen that was cracked, she told me to send it down for assessment, the moment she received the phone she gave me a call and told me she has it, the Thursday I called her (taking a chance) to find out about the progress and she told me that the phone is ready and I can collect. There is not much good service left but I am happy to say that I got very good service from her, she was very helpful and efficient, unlike the MTN store in the Illanga mall in Nelspruit, where they kept my phone for 7 days with no help at all only excuses, the phone was bought from that MTN store and they should have made the effort to send it to Sony as the phone was not more than two weeks old (useless service) and the most unhelpful people with very bad attitudes.<br> So once again thank you very much Tasneem for the friendly service, it was really a pleasure dealing with you.<br> Regards,<br> Aurianne Marais
