Faulty Phone not repaired

I took a Sony M4 Aqua on contract in January this year. the phone started giving me problems about two weeks in, applications just stop in the middle of use the phone switches off and comes back on then does not read my sim card. it freezes and goes very hot at time.<br> I took the phone out at the same time as my sister who took hers in for repairs for the very same problem, they advised they have no parts and swapped it for her for a new phone. I took mine to Vodacom Vaal Mall as well.<br> Apparently the water indicator on mine had turned red, it has never been immersed in water,they advised that it could be steam, they were going to quote me for the physical damage -which I didn't mind I just want the phone to run correctly and read my sim card.<br> they returned it saying there is nothing they can do because of the \water damage". what happened to quoting me and fixing all the other problems? I have multiple screen shots of all the errors this phone has that started way before the supposed water damage. it is frustrating"
