False promises from sony

I got a contract from telkom at carnival mall beginning of June. Where I chose the Sony Xperia xz. With this contract you would receive a pair of earphones. The next day we tried going onto the app to apply for the earphones with no luck. This continued for a few days where I then went back to telkom carnival mall for assistance. While there they gave me a number of someone who could assist me, I was advised there was a problem with the app,he advised he would assist me in get the earphones delivered. It went really well in the beginning where he said he will get it sorted for me. With going back and forth for the delivery by the 12th July I was informed he was no longer working there and gave me the details of someone who could assist. From the 24th of July I was trying to contact Darren. 2nd August after messaging him again he finally called me. Said he would put it through as I'm not on the system even though I was previously told it was on delivery. 7,14 and 17th I messaged him with no response at all!

I was promised the earphones in a week yet here I am almost two months in and no closer to getting something that was promised to me.

The lack of customer service is shocking!
