False information

I have a Sony Xperia Z3 compact and the chargers flaps can't close properly anymore and hangs open, dis worries me because it isn't waterproof when the flaps are open, and when I did my update there was a yellow line against the left side of my screen. I sent an email to them and asked what should I do. They gave my a MTN number to call for the flaps (the number goes down immediately) and told me to plug my phone into my computer and repair it. Once the update was complete I switched on my phone and the yellow line was still there. Not only that, I had to reinstall all my apps which cost me a lot of data. I've sent them a email after the update and still no response. I also have a Sony Xperia V, also the flap broke off and the phone is completely useless because the entire screen cracked due to a manufacturing fault.
