False Advertising and empty promises

I took out a contract with vodacom and got a Sony Xperia Z1. I took a photo under water and with your reports the cover let water in due to faulty cover. I have been promised a new phone and was told because of Sony messing me around they will replace my Z1 with a Z2. Now Naila tells me the Z2 had been discontinued. I have no idea where my original Z1 is and am stuck with NO phone.Now because YOU cant find a replacement I have to wait yet again and have no phone. What on earth am I paying for?Naila and Melissa keep promising me a new phone but I am yet to see anything. This is now going on 5 months Without a phone.Naila and Melissa, let someone take your phone away for 5 months and tell me how you feel.<br> If the Z1 and Z2 have been discontinued as you told me Naila then you need to replace my phone with the Z3 or whatever Z model you have available. I JUST WANT A PHONE. I have a vodacom contact and no phone. Why must I be inconvenienced because you have discontinued the phone, why must I be inconvenienced because YOUR products cover let water in.WHY?Sony have promised a NEW phone. I just want my phone. What happened to the consumer act/rights?
