Excellent service for Sony Xperia Z3 Compact

My Sony Xperia Z3 compact had been booked for a warranty claim due to water damage. After endless battles with the SSS Cellular and Sony India, I logged complaint on Hello peter. Melissa Warren then handled the request but then heard no response from her. I then logged another complaint and got introduced to Naila(Yolanda Rodgers). Naila handled this request very professionally and effectively. So much that I will be taking another Sony contract, this time the Z3 as the repaired device is fully functional without any defects.<br> <br> Naila is definitely an asset to Sony, If all staff were like this, Sony would defiantly relieve a lot more clients, with all brilliant devices, brilliant service needs to be delivered, Naila definitely provided this service and I could not thank her enough, hope Sony looks after her<br> <br> Thank you again Naila
