Endless problems with Sony Mobile Phone

I took a contract of a sony phone with Telkom mobile in JULY 2015. I started having issues with a phone early this year which was an internal storage of the phone, though I had an sd card on it. i always transfered my data to the sd card but currently it kept on showing that there's no enough storage of which it didnt allow me to update my apps. When I went to the Telkom store last week they opted to that I book the phone nor wait for the Sony reps over the weeked. Though in the mean time they flashed the phone and we loaded the data again, but it still gave me same problem. So on the weekend when I visited the store again because I was expecting to meet one of the Sony Reps, then they told me, they normally don't come to their store. I must now go to other stores like Vodacom, Mtn etc. I found that unprofessional, and when I them then to book the phone, they told me my warrant is been depleted, so I have to pay for the admin and for it to be fixed of which it will be from the minimum of 2500 rands of that already is above the price of the phone in a current price. So I felt they are not being fair as their client, they are not working along to help me so they can send it back to Sony but instead they opt for to buy a new device. I then phoned the contract department of Telkom, they also cant help, with the fact that i wanted to terminate the contract because I'm unhappy with their services. But again they want to charge me the penalty of wanting to terminate the contract early of it's a cost of 800 rands plus I must pay the outstanding months. The story is just endless, of which there's no better conclusion into this matter, and I feel ****** to keep paying a phone that I can't use, because after they flashed it at the store I realised that most of my apps especially the apps I use the most are no longer functioning.
