DONT USE SONY MOBILE PHONES! I am a Sony brand fan. 1 Year ago I got my first Sony phone, XA Ultra. I have never had so many problems with a product ever. It has gone in for warranty swap for a new device or repair for the 6th time. I recently got it back from repair for the 6th time and it returned unable to make calls when it was sent in for the GPS module not working and could make calls. I've contacted Sony directly and I am in the mobile industry. No response from direct email to management. The call center needs every job card to help, who keeps paper, you expect a working device to come back. I've confirmed with all technical people in this space that Sony is the most repaired phone in the market. The new cheaper Chinese brands are more reliable. SONY >> please get back to me and help me or i'm going to send an email to the consumer protection and cc your highest executive in SA, I have his details ready and I demand your immediate intervention now. You are more than happy to contact the Vodashop who always helps to confirm. They are amazing but are bound by you and the repair centers. They don't even see or have Sony rep.
