DON'T BUY SONY!!!!

So I was sitting with my phone on my lap, an Xperia Z1 Compact.<br> It falls not more then 20cm to the ground when i pick it up the screen is cracked.<br> Thinking it's nothing i try and unlock it just to find that the touch screen has become unresponsive.<br> MTN says that it is not covered under the warranty and that just to check the phone i have to pay R350.00 that excludes how much it is gonna cost to replace the screen which i have to pay for.<br> <br> I regret ever being interested in this phone.<br> <br> This is not good after sales service at all.<br> <br> I posted this same complaint on the 13th of August 2015 and noone has taken the time to respond.
