DO NOT RECOMMEND SONY MOBILE TO ANYONE

Sony refuses to assist me with my Sony Xperia M4 aqua which is still under warranty.I have experience a thin hairline crack within the screen which is quite clear that it did not fall. They refuse to admit their common fault with self cracking of screens. I have however launched a complaint with them but no progress. This is a matter of principle for me, as I feel there are a lot of consumers out there that have had a similar experience, and also just want Sony to acknowledge the issue, and fix it. I have NEVER had a problem with any other brand,and I am really disappointed at the fact that nothing can be done.<br> I DO NOT RECOMMEND SONY MOBILE TO ANYONE..<br>
