do NOT ignore me

so mellisa warren emailed me back and i was so happy on the 4th of March when i got an email from her stating that Sony approved a replacement phone for me. today is the 22 April...yea still no phone...no responses either even though i did send her a few emails begging her just to respond and tell me whats going on and when can i expect the replacement phone. NADA...i am totally fed up. my phone has been with in since 26 January thus i am paying my butt off for something i do not have and Vodacom langeberg mall mosselbay just says it is not their problem i must take it up with Sony. if Melissa is sick then should someone else not handle complaints in her stead??? being ignored makes me livid!
