DO NOT BUY A SONY

So i for the past three months i have had 3 sony phones. M2 aqua (failed within 7 days) got a new sony M2 aqua and also failed out of box within 7 days so that's 2 sony M2 aquas faulty within days. Vodacom advises me to take the next best thing M4 aqua so i am happy a little. Three months down the line I need to update the software and some critical apps but for a few days the phone does not update? (NOT ENOUGH SPACE ON PHONE) i have no apps on this phone besides what the factory has put on it. THE LADY AT SONY SAYS I MUST DELETE APPS and I TRIED BUT THEY CANT BE DELETED. now she says there is nothing they can do or in my opinion nothing they wont DO. i need an answer to this because i am now sick of sony's **** they are selling. i thought they were a company that make quality but now i see they sell total nonsense and still is not willing to correct or even help someone who has trusted their brand for years without a complaint.
