Dissapointed

<p>I bought a Sony M4 Aqua, infact I bought 2, in 2015 through FNB one in August the other one in October the first phone I received (August 2015) I had for a month (October 2015) and it overheated and didnt switch on so I returned it, it was replaced by SSS Cellular with a new M4 Aqua and that one lasted me over one year up until December 2016 and broke yet again overheated and didnt switch on I sent is back to SSS Cellular, was without a phone for alomost a month but that was OK......It was replaced on the 16th Jan 2017 with SONY Xperia Z3. I love the phone but yet still hate right now!!! On the 02 Feb 2017 my phone fell from my daughters chair a few centimeters in the cover not thinking much about it and it was OK. Then I did put it in my bag and 10 min later when I took it out MY SCREEN WAS CRACKED :( ...... I then called SSS Cellular and explained the happening and to my BIG surprise it will cost me R2000 - R2500 to fix the phone, I can pay it in 2 parts. I was upset I cried and I felt dissapointed knowingly that my M4 Aqua fell many times in the cover and not once the screen cracked. Well SSS Cellular could not assist me further. I called SONY and the lovely lady explained to me that I can use an OTG cable and insert a mouse and magic happened. I am pleased I can use my PHONE but its a mission carrying a mouse everywhere i go....</p> <p>SONY WILL NEVER EVER SEE ME AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
