Disgusted

I am disgusted with Sony.<br> <br> I am still waiting to hear back about my broken phone that arrived with bugs in the software, still sealed in the box. I am pregnant, and therefore require a reliable phone for emergencies. Sony has taken too long in resolving this issue, and I am tired of being told that my case being dealt with but with no further action than that. My case has been \dealt with"for more than a month now.<br> <br> This is a simple matter of exchanging malfunctioning goods for functioning goods. Good money was paid in cash for this device with the belief that it would perform the duties outlined by the company producing it"
