Defected Phone

<br> Good day<br> <br> I got a Sony Mobile xperia 2 compact on a contract in December last year<br> February this year the inner LCD has cracked (it showed that the crack is in the middle of the phone on the right hand side where the volume bottom is)<br> I took the phone to Sony mobile personally, and I have taken my phone to their technicians ,they don't want to fix my phone, they are saying that its a PHYSICAL DAMAGE. the phone is one month it has not been dropped as Sony and their technicians claim .the phone is cracked totally from the inside LCD.There is no even a scratch on the from of the phone.<br> I am very disappointed from Sony ,they are trying to make things up so I must pay their defected phone,and VERY DISSPOINTING FROM VODACOM.<br>
