Continues phone issues.

I've sent my sony experia in for repairs so many times but the phone never gets repaired properly. i went to the store where i bought the phone (MTN) and said i need to liaise with SONY directly as per their new SLA agreement. I emailed them because their contact center number does not work. could i please get the assistance i require. New Reference number 1- ********** 3001. and the previous repair reference number is ********** 6492
