Blank screen after updates on sony xperia c2305

I have been trying to get a hold of the sony technical team but with no luck, My sony xperia c2305 performed a software update then after the screen went blank, i cant even use the PC to update because it cant read the phone, i even tried to reset it to factory setting but the screen remains blank, i need this issue fixed asap, i dont have a spare phone. Anyone from sony please contact me now.
