All talk and NO show from Sony - Xperia cracked
On 15 January '15 I reported about my Sony Xperia Z1 cracked screen which I insist has occurred after the phone overheated so heavily that it can't be kept in my pants pocket. Must say that I was very impressed to get a response the same day from a Melissa Warren from Sony H/O. Low and behold my phone was send in <br> 26 Jan '15 for a 2nd assessment & I was told that I will be kept up to date. Not a word from them till now.<br> NO response again. NOT even after my 9th email? This is honestly not the type of service a person expects from such a big company!
