Good day, I encountered horrible service with Sonto Suteka wedding gown design

Good day, I encountered horrible service with Sonto Suteka wedding gown design. I went to see her dresses for the wedding and paid 500 for fitted, however she refused that I fit the rest of the dresses. Furthermore with the one settled for as I was desperate, I paid the required deposit however after 3days of payments I realised that I needed money for other things. I communicated with her however she refused to refund me, after a long arguing she refunded only 8000 and refused to refund the balance on 2000. I then sent a letter of demand of which she egnored. I want all consumers to know that she is a **** and she robs people of their money as she does not abide by the principle of South African national consumer act. Regards
