Terrible after sales service

I bought a caravan through Sonpark Motors. I received the caravan and went camping on the first weekend after receiving it. On arrival at the campsite I switched on the fridge freezer and it would not go cold.

They apparently regassed the fridge before delivery. After spending money on removing the fridge and sending it to a repair shop it came to light that the fridge can be thrown away as it is damaged beyond repair.

Contacting them about is was only a huge run around, the owner (Shawn) offered me R4000 whilst a comparative fridge is in the region of R17000.

This offer from them is an insult as they sold me the caravan for R5000 than as advertised on Marketplace (Facebook).

After asking them to reconsider they ignored me.

They are all about the sale, takes no responsibility for their products being sold to customers. They are a true second hand dealership, the one your ****her warned you about.
