Sonnenberg Cape Town is NOT a South African Company - their quality is bad

I purchased a jacket marketed as a fleece lined winter jacket with order number #1349 from Sonnenberg Cape Town. I believed it was a Cape Town based clothing company. I live in Cape Town and that is why I purchased from them. I received an extremely poor quality long sleeve shirt of what appears to be cheap overall material with a very poor lining in the inside. It is most definitely not a fleece lining. I contacted Sonnenberg Cape Town and established that the company is in fact a Chinese company based in China. Sonnenberg Cape Town then sent me an email explaining that if I wish to return the product I must send it back to their address in China at my own cost. I do not have courier contacts to do this. The return costs will be almost as high as the cost of the item and I still sit with the risk that they may not refund me after I pay the additional return freight costs. Sonnenberg Cape Town is an intentional misrepresentation of where the business is located and the product quality is exceptionally poor. i feel cheated by this experience.
