Poor Quality & Failure to Rectify

About September 2015, Sonika Steyn through her business Sonika Interiors aka Superior Interiors designed and installed our kitchen.<br> From the beginning there were some quality issues. I have on numerous occasions requested that certain problems be rectified, but to date I still have serious problems.<br> They have come out a few times, but despite my best efforts, there always remain some items unattended to.<br> Most significantly, one sink is hanging out of the countertop it is installed to and one of the soft close drawers does not close softly at all. There are also fingerprints in some of the paint and some painted parts need polishing as it appears dull.<br> The last time they were at my place, I asked that they do not leave until we have inspected everything together and agreed that the work is done. Instead, they rushed the work and disappeared again without completing and without the inspection asked for.<br> Terrible experience. I can not recommend Sonika Steyn to anyone.
