Poor service with stinking attitude

The service I got there was very bad cause I waited almost a month for my glasses and what happened is firstly the frame I wanted was sold out secondly when the glasses came..i was told about an amount I didn't know anything about...thirdly I opted for contact lenses and when the lenses came they not the same prescription as the samples 💔 and the lady has the audacity to tell me that I can go somewhere else...why didn't you say that from the beginning
