Worst experience - Awaiting payout

The problem could not been resolve and renault sa sent one of there specialised technicians and he himself couldn't fix the problem,now they sent me a report stating the engine is built that way and something about carbon built up. I think they don't know what the problem are. Nobody ever phoned me again,because its my problem now. Renault is pathetic and Will advise no one to buy one. Its always we acknowledge the problem and will be in contact with you, right nobody ever comes back to you. The cars are poor quality as well.
