SONGEZO NYILA INC - Failure to act in a professional manner and account for my money.

I am currently experiencing the worst service from Songezo Nyila Attorneys. I have purchased a property on the 16 September 2021 and Mr Nyila was instructed as the conveyancing Attorney. I have paid my full purchase price and transfer fees into his Trust Account.

Mr Nyila has failed to give me an update and has even **** to me about the transfer being lodged. I went to another attorney who confirmed that the transfer was never lodged at the Deeds office.

I cannot contact Mr Nyila as he is not answering my calls and he is never in his office. I have left numerous emails and messages that went unanswered. I am disgusted that an attorney can behave in such a manner. I need Mr Nyila to refund all my money paid to his company as this was my only savings.
