Songezo Nyila, a BIG ****!! Beware and steer clear of him!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Songezo Nyila, who was hired to assist with the transfer for a purchase of a property in 2021. I paid a huge amount of money into his trust account, only to be met with complete silence and a lack of accountability from him.

Despite numerous attempts to contact him via phone calls, emails, and text messages, I have not received any response or explanation for his lack of communication. It is incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark and feel like I have been ****med by someone who was supposed to be helping me with such an important transaction.

I have taken the step of reporting him to the Legal Practitioners Council and opened a ******** case with the SAPS, but unfortunately, I have not seen any progress in my case. It is clear that Songezo has no intention of fulfilling his responsibilities or providing the service that I paid for.

I would strongly advise others to steer clear of him and his firm and seek a more reliable and trustworthy professional to assist with their conveyancing needs. It is unacceptable to be treated in such a manner, and I hope that others do not have to experience the same frustrations and disappointments that I have faced. All I want is my money back!!
