Bad/no service?

I've been for testing my ears on 19/3/21. Agreed on hearing aids and cost involved. Its now the 20th of April and still no hearing aids. In the meantime its been paid by the medical aid and I have also paid my share. Last week I was told they have ordered it, I should have it in 2 days. I'm still waiting. When my husband went to a different aidiologist he was tested and got the aids the same day.
