Kids play by parking and scratches cars

Kids play on the parking area. There’s been cases of scratched cars and the management never did anything about it. My car was bumped with a soccer ball, luckily I was just sitting in the car and saw which kid did it. I took a video of the kids should my car be scratched then I will know whose kids might have done it. It’s very disturbing to see the office not doing anything about these cases, let alone having a words with parents to reprimand their kids. Such disappointment!!!!
