Bad management and dishonest

I have been staying at Sondela village in spring Daggafontein for 13 months now. I was given a unit with no kitchen cupboard and promised that i will receive my cupboard within four weeks. It has been over a year now and they are still not saying anything positive. when i consult the complex office they keep on telling me that i must call head office and head office always tell me to inquire at the complex office. Their service is very bad and i won't recommend anyone to stay in this complex. They can't deal with tenants complain accurately. How can you let a person paying full rent stay in a unit which doesn't have kitchen units. it very disgusting. One thing that i won't agree to is for my rent to increase before my kitchen unit.
