Worst service ever received!

First, we can only check in @ 15h00 on Monday for the mid-week special, which is all fine except that by 15h20 the cleaners were still busy inside cleaning up. Then the one lady gives me attitude for taking out old milk out of the fridge from previous tenants and throwing it out. We couldn't make use of their spa packages at all, because by Tuesday morning they were already fully booked. We received a voucher for a ****tail evening on Wednesday but upon arrival we were told that it was actually moved to the night before!! WOW, way to go by informing your customer of this!! The steam room was dirty, cold and not up to standard. Upon complaining on Thursday by phoning the reception landline, we were cut off 4 times when demanding to speak to a manager. Upon checking out on the Friday morning, we once again asked to speak to the Manager (Willie Smit), who blatantly ignored the requests to speak to us and has up until today not even bother to phone us back with ANY sort of an explanation!! This is beyond pathetic service! I will strongly advise people against making use of your services.
