Very hurt and disappointed

We went there first week of November 2022 for our company Excursion, little did we know that their employees are *******!!!! 1. The housekeeper stole our Brutal Fruit 18 500ml 2. My coins went missing in my wallet 3. Our Marula like bottle went missing as well 4. Last but not least my Samsung Smart Watch went missing

They promised to deal with the situation Matthew head of Security just reads my messages and does not respond, They said they will claim it from their insurance until today 03 Feb 2023 NO WORD from them. . Im still waiting for a phone call from Nadine Scholtz to advise me the way forward.

I will never recommend anyone to go there , when you decide to go there go with STOPPER KEYS so that the housekeeper wont have access until you check out.
