Sondela Ripoff

I am highly disappointed in Sondela. We made a booking 2 months ago and it cost us over R8500 for the weekend excluding the money spent at the reserve. IF YOU WANT TO USE THE POOL YOU HAVE TO PAY R250 BECAUSE OF A SHOW THEY HAVE THAT WE WEREN'T EVEN INFORMED OF. When we spoke to them they all just had excuses. Those amenities are included in the package but you have to pay extra how is that acceptable? This is so disappointing and i would not recommed it to anyone of ever come back.
