Sondela natute reserve rude service

When i first made a booking for me and my family just to go away for one night i was told to pay the money in immediately to secure my place and this was before lockdown and i was told thenwhen lockdown started it was canceled and moved....now that i want to useit againand want to make a booking i can not do it cause theres no cleaning staff...and I've been phoning every day to find out what is going on but was never ever phoned back or rep**** what isthe progress...no that i canselled the booking I've been treated very rudely and if I'm a thieve...i will never ever tell anybody to go here due to incompetend staff that can't even phone back or reply
