Really disappointed

This weekend 11 -13 Sept I booked at Sondela. So before I did my booking I enquired about the accommodation available at the camping site. So I was told that only the private ablutions are open. On Saturday I walked through the campung site just so see that there are campers on the normal sites. When we camp at Sondela we never do the private ablutions because we do not like the layout and they are more expensive. So now I paid more for my stand at Sondela because I was told that only private ablutions was available. This is not acceptable. We camp at Sondela regulary. We always attend their races either MTB or road races. Is this really the way you treat your regula customers!!!!!r
