Poor Accommodation in beautiful surroundings

My wife, daughter and myself spent the last week of January 2020 at Sondela. Really disappointed regarding the following: Chalet was extremely outdated, no air conditioning (temp was over 38’), TV had no remote, no fan in the lounge at all., beds extremely uncomfortable, lounge furniture also impractical and uncomfortable. When we departed the lady at reception never even had the courtesy to ask whether we enjoyed our stay. Very disappointing!!
