Not accommodating

Hi,

So I made a booking at Sondela and I made the payment last month in full. I phoned today to follow up if all is in order just to find out that they want me to take another stand. According to them there can only be 6 people on a stand witch I do agree with. But in my case, we are 4 adults and 4 kids ranging from 3 years old up to 7 years old. When I asked them if it is possible for them to charge maybe extra for the two kids, I was told no.

They weren't very accommodating and not very helpful. They expect me to pay R4 080 for an extra stand just for me to park my car. I would have understood if it was 8 adults but seriously 2 kids on a stand won't make a difference as they will be sharing a tent with their parents.

Sondela will never see me.
