NO Respons or feed back

We stayed there for a week end in Karee 115, the weekend was excellent. But I've been phoning them for 3 weeks now. We've left some of our personal belongings there, after I've phoned 3 or 4 time just to get to the correct person to help me they've told me that they found the stuff there in the cupboards. I just have to arrange with them at the reception to collect it and then they will arrange to courier it to me. Sins then I have phoned 2 - 3 times a week just to get reception to get the goods from the lady and e mail me the details to EFT the courier cost in to the correct bank account in order for them to courier it to me , and still NO Response from any of the ladies that promised they will get back to me or mail me the details or phone me back.
