Wow how excited I was for my husband to take our little family away for the first time in 6 months. The service was terrible. I have a 6 month old and am pregnant 4 months with our next baby. Like any expecting mom I have cravings and I wanted a breakfast so so bad. My hubby paid R80 for 2 pieces of dried out hard toast 1 egg and a slimy piece of bacon not even the sheep wanted. We got a discount voucher and forgot to use it, the manager Zorro tried to intimidate us so bad when we asked to speak to the manager we just left. So so sad. Sondela was suppose to be amazing. I have only heard good things. We spent a lot of money on this trip. Then to crown it all the service at the spa was even worse. I wanted to relax so bad on the rainy day. I went a day before asking to phone me back with my booking for the next day. No one phoned. When I went to ask the lady told me that it is what it is and I just have to make another booking or leave. Thanks for the worst trip ever Sondela.
