Change in accommodation fees

Good Morning fellow travelers. <br> I tried to book a mid-week break at Sondela and was told that there was no availability.<br> I was however offered a Sunday check-in and a 3 night accommodation for the same cost. I received a booking confirmation, promptly sent off details for payment and was a happy customer. <br> I subsequently received a email (the following morning) saying that the price would not be valid and that I needed to pay an extra amount for the Sunday.<br> <br> When I tried to query it this morning, the phone was put down in my ear by Sumaya Ali - <br> Assistant Reservation Manager. Brilliant service NOT!<br> <br> As far as I am concerned an offer was made in writing, accepted in writing and should be honored. <br> When I then asked to speak to a manger, no one is available, they are all in meetings. <br> What a joke!
